JUST-ENTERTAIN-ME
This is for all you movie geeks out there around the world.. I've been a movie geek since the day my mom gave birth to me. I know everyone is anticipating the third installment in the Batman series. So am I, but I don't think it will even come close to knocking out Jame's Cameron's mega-blockbuster Avatar for first place. The only movie that may come close to Avatar is Avatar 2 or 3 or even 4. Who knows. I just wish friends, family, collegues would stop hyping up Dark Knight Rises. Director, writer, producer Christopher Nolan (Memento, Insomnia, The Prestige, Inception) has yet to disappoint movie buffs around the globe. So far he has nailed every film to perfection. Yes I'm a huge fan. But Jame's Cameron is my personnal favourite. Not because of Avatar. Remember Cameron's other hit films like Aliens ( one of the best sequels ever made), Terminator, Terminator 2: Judgement Day ( another amazing sequel), Strange Days, True Lies, The Abyss, and of coare the spectacular monster hit Titantic. Even if you won't admitt it. You have all seen Titanic more than once. And don't use you took a date to see it either. I don't buy it. You can't dispute how great Titanic was and still hold it's own. Let the gross world wide box office draw and Jame's Cameron's bank account do the talking. This film also gave young talented Leonardo De Caprio ( This Boy's Life, The Beach, The Departed, Gangs Of New York, The Aviator, J. Edgar, Romeo & Juliette0 more attention from critics and movie goers everywhere. Especially, Martin Scorcese. I appologize if I tend to babble and drift on and on and all around when it comes to movies. But, I love them. There will be tons more when I return to chat about films. For now, I hope someone out there likes what I have to say. I know my work needs tweeking. Right now, I'm just excited to share my thoughts, opinions about movies. And to share them with anyone who cares. Let me know if you agrre or disagree. let me know what you love about movies and what you're favourite films, shows are. Until next time. keep watching.

MOVIES AND TV...
Well, just the other day I watched one of the best sequels ever made for the hundredth time. 28 Weeks Later. Which, in my opinion is far superior then Danny Boyle's (director of The Beach, Trainspotting, and Sunshine) predecessor 28 Days Later. Don't get me wrong 28 Days was a great film, but it lacked the intensity and carnage the sequel presented. I also want to check out Straw Dogs and Paranormal Activity 3 due to be released in mid to late October. If you haven't checked out the trailer for Paranormal Activity 3 you should. This third installment is a prequel about when the sisters were children. Besides movies, I would like to say one thing about a show that has me completely hooked like a junkie. Boardwalk Empire. This series, now going into it's second season, is a TV masterpiece surrounding corruption, prohibiton, sex, blood and violence in Atlantic City in the 1920's. If you haven't seen it yet I highly recommend it. I watched the entire first season in a day on Movie Central. I don't want to say too much about it, but there is alot of talnted actor's and actress's on the show you might recognize as well as up and comers. Plus there's big names benind the camera as well as the producers involved in Boardwalk Empire. This is the best show on TV in a very long time. I'm also looking forward to the new season of Supernatural slated for early October and the new series premiere of Terra Nova. Later movie and TV fans of the world.

MOVIES KICK ASS!! PART I
Movies rock. Well some do at least. Tonight I'm watching a movie fuelled by pure undeniable blood crazed vengeance. The Horseman. I was reluctant at first to watch it. Even when I saw it at Blockbuster a long while ago. But once again I am impressed by another low budget foreign film that packs alot of punches. I'm watching the film as I'm trying to write at the same time. It's not easy. This film is a blood bath of sadistic brutality that splatters the screen as your cheering on the avenging tormented character to the bitter end. Check it out and let me know what anyone out there thinks about it. A few days ago I finally watched X-MEN: FIRST CLASS. All I can say is wow. That was by far the best X-MEN movie to date. Also, the reboot Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes was amazing. Besides Tron:Legacy reboot Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes are the best so far in reviving classic films. I am looking forward to The Thing remake on October 14th/2011. It's going to be hard to mount up to John Carpenter's cult classic 1982 hit The Thing which starred legendary actor Kurt Russell. I read recently that Ryan Gosling has signed on to do the Logan's Run remake aimed to be released in 2014. This remake has been in the works for years. I'll guess we'll wait and see. Before I go I was wondering what anyone thinks about George Clooney and Naomi Watts possibly doing a remake on Alfred Hitchcocks classic The Birds. Should they remake The Birds or should they leave that milestone in horror films alone? Later movie maniacs.
